At Zink London, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all brand tags intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your Zink London account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to submit your request.
Pack the Product
Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all original tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the return package at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
After our quality team inspects the item at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
